The Dough
We use the best quality flour imported from Italy. We hand make our bread using the same techniques and we don't add any sugars or fillers, our pizza is thin but our crust is thick and full of flavor.
The Sauce
We hand crush our imported peeled tomatoes that come from the regions of Salerno. we use a simple mixture of basil and sea salt according to traditional Neapolitan style
The Cheese
What shall we say, we make it fresh for your orders daily. We use the finest cheese, milk and sea salt to create the most delicious Mozzarella cheese you've ever had on a pizza!
